Hi everyone. So I've been photographing martial arts classes since about 2007 I think. I've always enjoyed it and I know its been appreciated especially by parents. I mainly shot at JJBBA in Burton as that was where I'd always trained, first with my son under Kev and then later with my granddaughter with Dean.

I later also photographed classes by Paul Barnett Karate taught by Paul Smith at Hilton & Carver Road as I was than training under Graeme Wilson & Paul at Hilton.

All this along with all other aspects of my photography business came to a crashing halt during the pandemic. Its now time to get this moving again and to actually have a dedicated side of the business capturing my love for martial arts. So this is it the brand new Bushido Photography and I'm really looking forward to the challenge of growing it and capturing more students from different Dojos/clubs and different styles too. I will keep you updated on my progress.
